A simple power of attorney is an option if you wish to give your representative the ability to act on your behalf for a specific act. However, you can also decide to grant a full power of attorney, giving your representative a more extensive ability to act on your behalf. As soon as you have made your choice, we would like to hear what your wishes are so we can prepare the necessary power of attorney.
Sometimes it happens that an authority requires you to legalize your signature. This means the notary declares that the signature on a certain document is yours. At our office you will be helped quickly and accurately. Please remember to bring your original Passport and/or ID with you.
A copy collationee or certified copy means the notary declares that an identical copy has been made of an original document. This is sometimes required for sending an official document abroad. We are happy to help you with providing a copy collationee or certified copy.
Please remember to bring your original documents with you.
